Voluntary Third Party Liability Insurance (VMTPL)
Liability arising from a traffic accident that has caused harm to the life, health, and/or property of third parties is covered under this policy. This coverage applies when a claim for damages is filed against the vehicle owner in accordance with RA legislation, including the following:
Driver and passengers’ insurance
Personal accident insurance of the vehicle’s driver and passengers.
Insurance premium
The insurance contract is signed with the vehicle owner and is valid for a period of only 1 year. The insurance is valid within the territory of the Republic of Armenia for the entire duration of the contract.

Insurance Coverage
The insurance is carried out with a limit of AMD 1,000,000, regardless of the market value of the car.
Deductible amount
Deductible is the customer's or Your participation in the damages. The deductible is set at 40,000 AMD. You can choose the 0 deductible option with a surcharge.
In the case of VMTPL and Driver and Passenger Insurance, no deductible applies.
For example, if the damage to your vehicle amounts to 800,000 AMD, the compensation will be calculated as 800,000 - 40,000 = 760,000 AMD. You also have the option to waive the deductible for an additional premium.

Making a U-turn or reversing in a prohibited area, driving against traffic on a restricted road, running a red light, exceeding the speed limit by more than 25%,
